01. Intellectual Asset Ownership
All bathymetric models, technical 3D renders, specialized algorithms, and engineering tools (including the ERH Power Suite and all Master Tools) are the exclusive intellectual property of Engr. Md. Rokib Hossain. Unauthorized commercial redistribution, data mining, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited under international digital property protocols.
02. Engineering Accuracy & Responsibility
While we strive for 100% precision in all bathymetric guides, formulas (e.g., TVU calculations, TPU analysis, Manning's equation), and engineering tools, all data is provided as High-Level Professional Guidance. Final engineering decisions rest solely with the on-site Engineer or Project Manager. Users must verify all calculations with certified survey software, site-specific measurements, and professional engineering judgment before implementation.
03. Tool Usage & Self-Responsibility
The technical calculators and engineering tools provided on ROKIB HYDRO-TECH are engineered for precision modeling and field reference. By using these tools, users accept full responsibility for any results obtained. These resources do not replace rigorous hydrographic auditing, official project specifications, or certified engineering assessments. All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
04. Training & Educational Framework
All professional courses, technical guides, and tutorials (e.g., MBES Patch Test Calibration, Dredging Volume Estimation, GNSS RTK Setup) are strictly for Educational and Training purposes. These resources aim to bridge the gap between theory and field competency but do not replace official IHO/FIG certification standards or accredited professional training programs. Users are encouraged to pursue formal certification through recognized bodies.
