How long does remote processing take?

For small datasets (up to 1 GB), we typically deliver results within 48 hours. Larger projects are quoted based on scope and complexity. We also offer expedited processing for urgent projects.

Is my data secure when I send it for remote processing?

Yes. We take data confidentiality very seriously. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project. All data transfers are conducted via secure channels (Google Drive, Dropbox, or encrypted file transfer). Your data is never shared with third parties.
